Cooking Instructions (For best results, cook from frozen):

• Microwave (from frozen):
  • Place the desired amount on a microwave plate.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on HIGH power.
  • Turn the pieces over and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
• Shallow Fry:
  • Place in a frying pan on a low flame with a small amount of oil.
  • Turn the pieces over and cook until thoroughly heated.
